Brenda Williams

Brenda Williams is a dedicated professional with a strong passion for early childhood education and caregiving. With a foundation in education from Broward College, Brenda brings over 40 years of experience working in Broward and Palm Beach counties, where she has served children and families. She has spent more than two decades as a Director of Childcare Centers, displaying exceptional leadership skills. Additionally, Brenda has experience as an entrepreneur, having owned and operated Ready for the World Family Home Daycare for five years.

Beyond her extensive work in early childhood education, Brenda’s expertise extends into adult care. She has spent ten years as an Adult Day Program Instructor and another decade as an Assisted Living Residential Assistant Manager. Brenda’s deeply personal connection to the work she does stems from the tragic loss of her daughter to lupus during the COVID-19 pandemic. This experience has fueled her commitment to advocating for better care and support for families, especially in times of crisis. Her extensive background and dedication make her a pivotal figure in transforming the caregiving experience for families facing unique challenges.
