Colby Williams

Colby Williams is a dedicated professional with 23 years of experience serving children and families in Broward and Palm Beach counties. Colby studied Early Childhood Education at Broward College and earned a National Child Development Associate (CDA) credential. In 2024, Colby graduated from the Kauffman FastTrac cohort, further honing their entrepreneurial skills.

Colby has extensive experience working as a Behavioral Technician (17 years), as well as experience in Assisted Facility Living Residential Management (6 years), Center-Based/In-Home Behavioral Therapy (7 years), and working as a Substitute Teacher in both General Population and Exceptional Student Education (ESE) programs. Colby’s passion for providing essential resources and support to individuals with developmental disabilities has led them to work with a range of respected organizations, including Broward County Public Schools, the City of Fort Lauderdale Parks and Recreation, and YMCA of South Florida. Their life's work revolves around advocating for the rights of individuals with disabilities, ensuring they receive the care, attention, and resources they deserve.
