Kourtney Walton is a highly qualified professional who holds certifications in Early Childhood Education from Nova University and is certified by the Florida Department of Children and Families (DCF) for the Agency for Persons with Disabilities (APD). With 17 years of experience, Kourtney has contributed to the community as a Preschool Teacher, Behavioral Technician, Adult Day Program Instructor, and Companionship/Direct Care Professional.

Kourtney's commitment to making a difference in the lives of children and families is evident through their work with community agencies such as Broward County Public Schools, City of Oakland Park Recreation, City of Coral Springs Park and Recreation, and the Jewish Federation. Kourtney’s leadership and experience make them a valuable asset to the organization, as they work to ensure that individuals with disabilities and their families receive the support they need to thrive.
